Reconcile UI/UX update

- Now tabs are used to view Reconcile items for each Reconcile status
- The details of each Reconcile item have been moved to one line to allow more items to be shown before having to scroll down
- Containers and their quantity (if more than 1 container is used) are now shown next to the total quantity value
- A custom date range is now an option for the date filter (this is currently available in Mobile, but looks like it was never implemented for Webapp)
- You can now filter by doctor on the Reconcile page
- You are not able to archive, ignore, or unlink, a Reconcile item if an edit has been made to it
