• If you are logging multiple drugs for the same patient, you have the option to have the same Reason For Use to be copied to each drug entry. 
    • To do this, you do not have to change anything
  • If you would like to input a separate Reason For Use for each entry:
    • Select the checkbox for Separate Reasons For Use
    • You will now be able to input individual Reasons For Use for each entry
