• Navigate to Manage Containers under Manage Inventory.
  • Select View Details for the container you want to finish.
  • Click Finish Container, and VetSnap will prompt you to enter the final container weight.
  • If the final balance calculates to zero, enter your signature and click Save.
  • If the balance is not zero, an adjustment will be required to bring it to zero.


VetSnap automatically calculates adjustments based on the open bottle weight, final bottle weight, and mass-to-quantity conversion. If needed, you can opt out of this calculation before finalizing the container. You will then need to manually adjust the container to zero.


Note if you are using the Pre and Post Weight option this does not apply to this weight tracking option. You can close the container out as normal.
