We are excited to announce the ability to upload a CSV file to add patients and clients more easily to your logbook! The logbook will also alert you when duplicate patients or clients have been added!

NOTE: *To utilize this option, you will first need to set up the configuration.*

CSV Upload Configuration Setup:

  • Go to the Patient/Client Management screen
  • Select Configure

  • The Patient/Client Field Mappings need to be configured prior to your first upload. You can use the file you intend to upload for this part of the process.

  • Next, you will match the Patient/Client Field Mappings

  • Once all fields are matched, save this configuration.
    • Please Note: Saving this does not upload any patient or client information. That will occur in the next step.

Upload a CSV File with Patient/Client Information

  • Go to the Patient/Client Management screen
  • Select Upload Patient/Client CSV

  • Find the CSV file containing the Patient/Client information to upload into your logbook

  • Ensure the information fields are matched up properly

  • Upload the CSV
  • Now you should be able to easily retrieve Patient/Client information when creating log entries in your log book

Duplicate Patients or Clients

  • If a duplicate patient has been uploaded to the logbook, you will see an alert under the patient in the Patient/Client Management screen.

  • Select Fix Duplicates
  • You can choose to keep the current client data or update to one of the duplicate clients

  • If a duplicate client has been uploaded to the logbook, you will see an alert under the client in the Client Management screen.

  • Select Fix Duplicates
  • You can choose to keep the current client data or update to one of the duplicate clients
