We are excited to announce the ability to upload a CSV file to add patients and clients more easily to your logbook! The logbook will also alert you when duplicate patients or clients have been added!
NOTE: *To utilize this option, you will first need to set up the configuration.*
CSV Upload Configuration Setup:
- Go to the Patient/Client Management screen
- Select Configure
- Upload an example CSV file
- Next, you will match the Patient/Client Field Mappings
- Once all fields are matched, save this configuration.
Upload a CSV File with Patient/Client Information
- Go to the Patient/Client Management screen
- Select Upload Patient/Client CSV
- Find the CSV file containing the Patient/Client information to upload into your logbook
- Ensure the information fields are matched up properly
- Upload the CSV
- Now you should be able to easily retrieve Patient/Client information when creating log entries in your log book
Duplicate Patients or Clients
- If a duplicate patient has been uploaded to the logbook, you will see an alert under the patient in the Patient/Client Management screen.
- Select Fix Duplicates
- You can choose to keep the current client data or update to one of the duplicate clients
- If a duplicate client has been uploaded to the logbook, you will see an alert under the client in the Client Management screen.
- Select Fix Duplicates
- You can choose to keep the current client data or update to one of the duplicate clients
