In order to perform bulk actions for Filtered Results in the Reconcile window, you must choose the Status type when filtering.

Choosing Pending or Fix Needed log entries will allow you to Archive up to 100 log entries at once
Choosing Open/Available Invoices will allow you to Ignore up to 100 invoices at once
