Ignore Log Entry
- If you logged the incorrect drug.
- This will cancel out the log entry and the amount logged will return to the container. The log entry will be grayed out in your logbook
- You will then need to create a new log for the correct drug.
- If a prescription was filled and logged, but never picked up.
- The amount of the log will be automatically added back into your on hand balance.
- If you logged under the incorrect patient.
- If you accidentally created a duplicate log.
Archive Log Entry
- You would use “Archive Log Entry” when you have confirmed that your log is correct and it will not match with an invoice. For example: The invoice is incorrect but cannot be changed.
How to Ignore a Log Entry:
- Click to open the log entry and select Ignore
- At the bottom of the window, you will add a comment explaining why you are ignoring the log entry, your signature, and your pin number
- Select Ignore to confirm
How to Archive a Log Entry
Click to open the log entry and select Archive
- At the bottom of the window, you will add a comment explaining why you are archiving the log entry, your signature, and your pin number
- Select Archive to confirm
