• If you cannot find the invoice from your PIMS associated with the drug log, first ensure that the drug was invoiced out correctly for that patient.
    • If it wasn't you can create an invoice with the correct drugs that were logged in your log book.
  • At the end of the night VetSnap will look for the open invoice and match it with the pending log to reconcile it.
  • If you choose not to create an invoice you can Archive the log entry.
