Signature:

  • You will need to select the individual’s signature under Signatures
  • Then select Deactivate the Signature
  • You must have the Signatures permission enabled in order to remove the signature

Note: This can be done to permanently or temporarily remove a user's signature access. If they return, their signature can be reactivated from the "Inactive" filter in Signatures


User account:

  • Navigate to Users, click on the employee to edit their user profile. 
  • Select Delete user 
  • You must have the Users permission enabled in order to remove the user
  • *This will be permanent
