If you notice an error in the Physical Count displayed within the Reporting section, please note that saved physical count records cannot be deleted or modified. This helps ensure that all records remain compliant and transparent.

Here’s what you can do to correct the error:

  1. Update the container balances: Go to the Manage Containers section and make the necessary adjustments to LogButler’s container balances.

  2. Record a new count: Navigate to Manage Inventory and click on Record Physical Count to enter a new physical count.

  3. Add a comment: When saving the updated count, include a comment that explains the reason for the amended physical count.
