- Secure Signature, when enabled for a shared user account, means that you are able to adjust each staff member’s permissions on a individual level
- To enable secure signature:
- If the user account already exists, you will need to select the account to open up the settings. If you are creating a new user, you can adjust the settings as you create it.
- First, ensure all permissions listed are selected
- *If one of the permission options is not selected, example: “Reconcile Logs”, but a staff member needs the ability to reconcile logs, they will not be able to do so, even if that permission is enabled within their signature
- Next, select “Secure Signature” below the permissions
- Now, every signature that exists within VetSnap, and every signature added in the future, will need their permissions adjusted individually
- This is completed by navigating to the Signatures tab within settings
- Select each signature separately and enable permissions accordingly
- First, ensure all permissions listed are selected
