• To set up weight tracking for a new drug being entered:
    • Within Create Inventory:
      • Select Create Controlled Inventory Item
      • Search for the drug name
      • The unit size should still be "ml" if the drug is injectable, NOT grams
      • Change the measure type to weight
      • Select the drug class
      • Ensure the invoice  item is correct and select save
  • To change a controlled drug already added into the inventory
    • Within Create Inventory:
      • Open the controlled drug you wish to change
      • Change the measure type to weight
      • Select save
