Signature:

  • You will need to select the individual’s signature under Signatures
  • Then select remove signature access
  • You must have the Signatures permission enabled in order to remove the signature

Note: Even once removed, the same name cannot be used again for a signature, it must have a variation (for example: a middle initial added or "John Smith 2"


User account:

  • Navigate to Users, click on the employee to edit their user profile. 
  • Select Delete user 
  • You must have the Users permission enabled in order to remove the user
  • *This will be permanent
