Signature:
- You will need to select the individual’s signature under Signatures
- Then select remove signature access.
- You must have the Signatures permission enabled in order to remove the signature
Note: Even once removed, the same name cannot be used again for a signature, it must have a variation (for example: a middle initial added or "John Smith 2"
User account:
- Navigate to Users, click on the employee to edit their user profile.
- Select Delete user
- You must have the Users permission enabled in order to remove the user
- *This will be permanent
