When would I need to open a container in the window to add a log? (Standalone) Print

You would open a new container in this window if you empty your current open container and need to draw additional medication from a secondary container.

You can do this by entering the true amount drawn from the initial container
Then select Open a Container and log the additional amount from the secondary container.

The empty container will need to be Finished under Manage Inventory and Manage Containers after the log entry has been created.

Opening the secondary container from within the log screen will allow VetSnap to add the totals of both containers together so that the amount withdrawn will match the total amount on the invoice.
