Waste entire log entry

- If the entire amount drawn up for a patient was not used and instead wasted, but has already been logged, you are now able to waste the entire log from the Reconcile screen
- This can be completed on Pending log entries by selecting the newly added Waste Log button
- A comment and signature are required
