When attempting to record a Biennial Physical Count, only signatures with the DEA information completed will be displayed to choose from within the DEA DVM signature dropdown
If any information required for the Biennial Report is missing from the DEA registrant's signature, the information must be updated on this screen
If a previous Biennial Count Report is missing the new required DEA Information, it will show an update button in the DEA Registrant Signer column
