If you're unable to log in, try the following steps:
Check Your Email Entry:
- The email field is case-sensitive. Make sure you enter your email exactly as it was originally registered (e.g., lowercase or uppercase as needed).
Reset Your Password:
- Enter your email and select "Forgot Password." A password reset email will be sent to you.
- If you don’t receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

Ask Your Location’s VetSnap Admin for Help:
- If an admin is available, they can verify your email and help reset your password.
- Admins can do this by going to the Users section, selecting your account, and clicking "Reset Password."
