Change patient on a log entry (Standalone)

- If a log entry was logged under the incorrect patient and is still in the Pending section of your reconcile screen, you are able to change the patient
- Select the log entry open and select Edit
- Scroll down to the patient and client information, there you will see a button to "Change Patient/Client"
- Once you confirm that this is the action you wish to take, you will see the search fields to locate the current patient/client
