Currently, when logging the search results are set to display only active clients/patients from your PIMS (practice management system.)

When you select the "Include Inactive" checkbox, the search results will then include active AND inactive/deceased.
- NOTE: Some PIMS label inactive or deceased patients differently than others, therefore the search results may differ
