• The Physical Count Summary Report is a report that allows you to generate a summary of a physical count from each controlled substance in one report

  • You will be able to select which controlled substances you wish to include in the summary, and then which physical count you wish to include (the default will be the most recent, this can be changed in the dropdown)

How to generate a Physical Count Summary

  • Under Reporting and the new Physical Counts Summary tab, select "Generate Physical Counts Summary Report"
  • Select which inventory items you wish to include in the summary report and click Select Inventory at the bottom
    • The inventory items selected will have the most recent physical count completed under that substance selected automatically. 
    • This can be changed by selecting the dropdown and choosing a different physical count to be included
    • If there are no physical counts available, there will be a message stating such
