• You are able to enter your own Client/Patient IDs when creating a new patient. This allows you to use ID numbers that are associated with the client/patients in your practice management system
  • If you want an ID number automatically generated, you are able to do that as well
  • If a client already exists in VetSnap, but a patient associated with them is not, you are easily able to add the new patient to an existing client
  • If you attempt to create a new client or patient with an ID that already exists, a warning will display
