If a log entry was logged under the incorrect patient and is still in the Pending section of your reconcile screen, you are able to change the patient.
- Select View Details next to the pending log entry and then select Edit
- Scroll down to the patient and client information, there you will see a button to Change Patient/Client
- Once you confirm that this is the action you wish to take, you will see the Search for Patient/Client fields to locate the correct patient/client
- You will then choose the correct patient by clicking Select next to the patient
- Input any comments, your signature, your pin, and select Save to finish editing
