VetSnap user accounts are accessed using your unique email address but sometimes one user may want to have access to multiple hospital accounts using the same email address.

  • If you would like to have this option, please email support@vetsnap.com with your request:
    • Send the email from the email address for your current VetSnap account
    • Please include the names of the hospitals that you would like access to
    • Also, include some form of proof that you are authorized to access the other hospital locations (you can also have the admin from the location email us requesting that you have access)
    • We will confirm the completion of this with a reply to your emailed support ticket
  • Multi-site users do not have to log out and log back in to switch logbooks.


    • Click on the account name in the top-right corner
    • Select Change Logbook


    • Enter your account password
    • Choose the correct Logbook from the drop-down menu
    • Select Login



  • Once a user has multisite access their user account will not appear within the users list in VetSnap. If any changes to a user are needed, an admin will need to submit a request to support to assist with changes
