VetSnap user accounts are accessed using your unique email address but sometimes one user may want to have access to multiple hospital accounts using the same email address.
- If you would like to have this option, please email support@vetsnap.com with your request:
- Send the email from the email address for your current VetSnap account
- Please include the names of the hospitals that you would like access to
- Also, include some form of proof that you are authorized to access the other hospital locations (you can also have the admin from the location email us requesting that you have access)
- We will confirm the completion of this with a reply to your emailed support ticket
- Please keep in mind, that when you have access to multiple locations, you still need to select from a drop down menu the location you want to access, once you log into VetSnap
- You cannot jump between hospital locations without logging out and logging back in
- This is done to ensure the user knows when a location has been switched and prevents accidentally working in the wrong hospital location
