To Deactivate a Signature

  •  Go to Signatures under Settings
  • Click on View Details for the Signature you wish to deactivate
  • Click on Deactivate

    • This feature is useful for temporarily removing access, such as when an individual is on leave for an unknown amount of time. 
    • A filter is available to help you view active and inactive signatures. When viewing deactivated signatures, you can click on them to see the option to Deactivated.

  • If the signature needs to be activated, you will need to filter to view the deactivated signatures. Click on View Details for the signature and select Activate.




To Remove a User Account

  • Go to Users under Settings
    • Click on the employee's user account to edit their user profile
    • Select the red trash can at the very bottom to remove the user 
    • You must have the Users permission enabled in order to remove the user


  • Note: This will be permanent, and the email associated with this user cannot be reused.
