The Reporting tab provides a comprehensive view of container statuses, along with physical counts and authorized personnel. These features will assist in maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance during inspections and audits. It can also assist in monitoring usage internally. 


Audit 

  • Reports can be generated at an individual drug level and for a specific date range.
  • Daily logs are displayed within the report.
  • This report is essential for DEA audit purposes.

 Audit Summary

  • Generates a report of container balances based on the previously generated individual audit reports.

Container Status

  • Displays the status of all containers per drug.
  • Includes details such as when a container was added, moved to "Opened," and other relevant container history.

Authorized Personnel

  • Shows approvals between the DEA-registered provider and the employees granted access.
  • Displays current and former signatures, their creation dates, signatures of employees, the approving provider, and any removal dates (if applicable).

Physical Counts

  • Displays manual physical counts taken for both opened and unopened containers.
  • Includes biennial counts to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Generates a report of multiple drugs' previously recorded physical counts.
