Permissions in the signature section control what actions specific signatures are allowed to perform. These settings only need to be adjusted individually if the “Secure Signatures” option is enabled under the Users tab. If you're not using Secure Signatures, permissions are managed through the general User account settings, and apply to all users based on their login credentials.
Record Logs: allows users to record drug logs
Reconcile Logs: allows for adjustment of the logs on the reconcile screen.
This permission is also needed to double-check a log entry from the reconcile screen.
Record Counts: allows recording of physical counts
Record Restock: adding new containers under an inventory item
Manage Containers: allows users to open, and close containers, as well as make container edits.
Record Waste: allows recording of waste at the container level
