VetSnap syncs with your hospital’s PIMS through a third-party software nightly. If it is a new client and/or patient added the same day as the log entry, the patient will not be searchable. You will want to enter the client/patient information manually. If the information is added correctly to the log entry, it will still automatically match the invoice and archive. 


Start creating the log entry as normal and click on Manually Enter Patient and Client.

Select Add Patient/Client once you have entered the required fields.
