The Physical Count Summary Report provides a consolidated view of physical count data for selected controlled substances. It allows you to easily generate a summary that includes one or more substances, showing data from specific physical counts.
How to generate a Physical Count Summary Report?
Follow these steps:
Go to the Reporting section.
Click on the Physical Counts Summary tab.
Select Generate Physical Counts Summary Report.
Choose Inventory Items:
Select the controlled substances you want to include in the summary.
Click Select Inventory at the bottom of the screen.
Select a Physical Count for Each Substance:
By default, the most recent physical count for each substance will be selected.
To change this, use the dropdown menu next to each item and choose a different physical count.
If no physical counts are available for a substance, a message will appear indicating that no data is available.
What happens if no physical counts are available?
If no physical counts have been recorded for a selected substance, you’ll see a message indicating that no data is available for that item.
