If you're unable to locate your log entry, follow these steps to help find it:

Check Your Filters

By default, the logbook only displays the last 10 entries. Use the filters at the top of your logbook to expand your view:

  • Adjust the date range or number of entries shown.

  • Filter by patient name or ID to narrow down the search.

Verify the Medication

Make sure the log was created under the correct medication. If it was logged under the wrong one:

  • Go to the Reconcile tab.

  • Select Ignore for the incorrect entry.

  • Then, create a new log under the correct medication.

If the log entry has been archived, click on the log from the logbook, select the Ignore option, and re-create it with the correct information.

Taking these steps should help you locate or correct your log entry.
