Creating a New Patient/Client in the Log Entry Window Print

If you are adding a log entry for a new client, you have the ability to add a new client within that log entry window.

When creating a log entry, you can click on Create a New Patient/Client, then enter the Patient ID number that is associated with this patient in your records

Select the Check ID Availability to ensure this Patient ID number does not already exist

Please note if you attempt to create a new client with an ID that already exists, a warning will display

If the patient or client ID is not manually entered, a patient and client ID will be automatically generated
Enter in all the required fields and click Create
