The Manual Reconciliation Required flag means the log has been pending for over 7 days. After 7 days, manual reconciliation is required. The logs will not clear out from the reconcile tab on their own. 


This means you'll need to:
  • Confirm and archive the log without the invoice if it's correct.
  • Ignore the log if it’s a duplicate, unnecessary, or incorrect.
  • Manually match the log to an invoice using the Match to Invoice option if the invoice exists in VetSnap.
