A new client or patient can be added couple different ways
Patient/Client Management
- Select the blue Create New button under the client or patient screen

 - A new patient can be created under an existing client by expanding the client info and selecting "Add Patient"
- Locate the client within the Patient/Client Management tab
 - Click on View Patients
 - Select Add Patient
 
 

- A new patient can also be created under the patient screen, and then associating the patient with an existing client.
- Click on Patients
 - Select Create New Patient
 - Once created, click View Clients
 - Select Add Client
 
 

Within the Log Entry Window
If you are adding a log entry for a new client, you have the ability to add a new client within that log entry window.
- When creating a log entry, you can click on Create a New Patient/Client, then enter the Patient ID number that is associated with this patient in your records
 

- Select the Check ID Availability to ensure this Patient ID number does not already exist
 

- Please note if you attempt to create a new client with an ID that already exists, a warning will display
 

- If the patient or client ID is not manually entered, a patient and client ID will be automatically generated
 - Enter in all the required fields and click Create
