Currently, VetSnap can only match 1 invoice to 1 log entry. We recommend logging each dose individually. For example, if a patient is administered Midazolam three times in one day, you should create three separate log entries and three corresponding invoice line items, one for each dose.
If logging each dose separately is not feasible, please refer to your state and Federal regulations to determine whether it's acceptable to record multiple doses in a single log entry.
In cases where you’ve already created separate log entries but invoiced the total quantity as a single line item, you can manually archive the correct logs without an invoice.
- You may continue invoicing the total quantity as a single line item; however, you will need to manually archive the individual log entries that are not linked to the invoice.
