To remove a client or patient, go to the Patient/Client Management tab. Here, you will need to locate the patient or client.
If you have found the client and need to remove a patient under the client, select View Patient on their row and click Remove Patient.
If you have located the patient and need to remove the associated client, select View Client on their row and click on Remove Client.
Please note removing a patient or client will not affect any log entries created.
